The RK-520TB-22205 is the high-speed winding of the RK-520TB platform, made for pump duty. At 12V DC it reaches 11000RPM with a no-load current of 93mA, which is the speed band mini DC diaphragm pumps need to build 30-60 kPa of pressure from a 33mm motor frame. Compared with a lower-speed winding, the higher RPM lets the pump head reach working pressure faster on start-up and hold flow better as the discharge line loads up.
Pump applications punish a motor differently from lid or actuator duty: the motor is started against a closed outlet, runs hot, and is expected to keep going for minutes at a time. The 22205 winding is paired with a carbon brush set and bearings chosen for that pattern - the brushes are seated at high speed before packing, and the shaft and bushing clearance is tightened so the 2mm shaft does not orbit under pump-side radial load.
