This motor is used in a smart electronic door lock application. Based on our technical requirements, Lihua Motor recommended an N20 planetary geared motor. The samples have successfully passed all functional and reliability tests. Compared with alternative suppliers, Lihua’s N20 micro geared motor demonstrates lower operating noise, better stability, and a longer service life. The motor continues to operate smoothly after 150,000 duty cycles, with no noticeable degradation in performance. The technical communication and support from the Lihua engineering team were efficient and professional throughout the project. The motors were well-packaged and delivered promptly. Lihua Motor is a reliable and technically competent manufacturer of micro DC motors in China, suitable for long-term and high-reliability applications.
